Hard to believe how ineffective Faulk has been. Pacing for 20-some points; it’s not even like he’s getting the hard defensive assignments that Parayko does. Yet #55 is significantly out-producing and out-defending #72. It’s a shame the Blues have very little RHD depth because he’d be a candidate to get dumped if there were semi-competent options to replace him. But with Kessell & Perunovich as the next men up, the chance of Faulk being moved seems slim, even if his removal would be a blessing to the cap situation.

Outside of San Jose we've been losing only to teams who are in the playoffs. We are an incomplete team with a lot of things they still need to fix (especially PP)

This is true but that was always expected this season. Tampa has a lot more talent than us, they've been playing very well lately yet we're still outshooting them 27-17 on the road. We're actually playing a pretty strong game overall but we've made a few key mistakes which are the difference in the game right now.

I don't know if it's having Holloway on his line or it's just a good night but Kyrou looks really dangerous tonight
It's both, being able to get away from Saad and Toropchenko and having someone that can anticipate what he's going to do, and vice versa is helping him a lot. And they both have great foot speed.

Krug. Faulk. Saad. Just a bad era of Blues hockey. Can’t wait til 2 and 3 are gone.
