Tribute to Seidenberg tonight?

Anyone from 2010-11 should pretty much get a video tribute, even if they just go to the Dunks in North Station for a cruller, an extra large, and 3 Parliments. That's kind of the routine.

Oh crap. That means we should have done a Bartkowski tribute? And a Caron tribute?

Okay, maybe that was a bit extreme, but I think Seids is loved. Even if he wasn't the "greatest defenseman evah!!!", I always saw a few Seids jerseys in the stands. He was here for 6 years and 2 Stanley Cup Finals. He gets a damn video.

I hope he does.

The last Bruin who spent full season(s) with the Bs (or no significant time in Providence) and didn't get a tribute was Dougie, IIRC. So I think it's safe to say that the threshold is set pretty low...

I am pretty sure the question of whether or not Seidenberg gets a tribute can be answered by whether or not Johnny got a tribute. I assume he was back in Boston with the Islanders at some point last year? Maybe I'm wrong. Maybe this question has already been answered.

If Johnny got a tribute, there's no way Dennis won't.

Boychuk got a great reception upon his return:

Dennis Seidenberg left the Garden ice that he patrolled for seven seasons this morning and retreated to a dressing room diagonally down the corridor from the Bruins’ clubhouse. The significance was not lost on the veteran defenseman, returning to play the Bruins for the first time since signing with the Islanders in September.

“It will definitely be different coming in and being on the other side after being here quite a few years,†confessed Seidenberg after the Isles' morning skate at the TD Garden.

Seidenberg, who maintains a residence in the area and said he is considering making Boston home after he is done playing, spent a lot of practice hours skating against the lines Bruins coach Claude Julien will be putting on the ice. Seidenberg considers that a minor advantage and insisted he is ready for any mischief B's forward Brad Marchand might be planning.

“I think I know how to handle him but you never know what is going to happen out there,†said Seidenberg. “I know some tendencies that go on when you play against guys you have practiced with for so many years but I don’t know if it is going to help.â€

He got a tribute I was there and it was excellent

Seids should get one

I admit I don't remember if Seguin did but I think so

Who is starting ? Rask ?

The Bruins don't really have a choice other than Rask right now with their anemic offense and their backup goalie playing poorly.

If they want a good chance to win, they have to go with Tuukka.

Does anybody know when or if McIntyre will be ready to play in the NHL? I don't think he'd be much worse than Dobby.

ty he has rocked for me every time i pick him on draft kings

He has been playing razor sharp in net this season so far. I just hope they don't burn him out by over playing him, but with Dobby playing the ****'s, it is possible that might happen unless they can find a good backup goalie .......fast.

I have taken him 5 times this year and every time awesome results so maybe Bruins win again tonight since I picked him.

Goddamn it, that cheering for Johnny is just even more proof chia really ****ed up trading him

I can accept why he moved Johnny. But his moving Seguin on the words of Benning and Bradley was a disaster.I am shocked another team hired him after watching that move. Then he did it again to Oilers with Hall. That was a ripoff deal too.Anyways.Hope Bruins can win tonite.Thats all that matters at moment.
