He doesn't care, He wants Toffoli/Carter to get going, Pearson moving down has helped that.

Pearson will remain until Carter gets more healthy and Toffoli gets more productive. Kopitar/Gabo/Lucic have to figure it out, they are professionals, making millions of dollars, and they are all healthy.
