Larkin deserves nothing this year. One of the most underperforming players compared to expectations.

If we're being brutally honest. Keeping Lalonde in the job will probably help the tanking job. Firing him and bringing in a motivator that will light a fire under the players ass will probably just get us picking like 10-15 or something.

Im all for the full out tank but only if there is serious changes next year, as well as drafting someone that is almost ready to go. It can't be a impact player that Yzerman is gonna take 2-3 years to bring up.
