Also people: MSL sucks, they can't play defense, there's no system, etc.

MSL is far from perfect but he has made a wonderful job at developing the kids. Slaf would've been stuck on the 4th line with a Therrien, he busts 100%.
I love seeing Barron get back on the ice after a bad play, way to not destroy a young player's confidence.

The team is not supposed to win this year anyways. I dont give a shit if sometimes MSL's decisions can be questionable, players are giving a f*** and still winning and getting to OT. I mean, has anyone seen this roster?? That's a bottom 5 roster.

He's a lot like Barron. Good offensively, but has some real brain cramps defensively that make him look clueless. But, he's bigger & meaner than Barron.

I think we need to accept that he will never be a stud on D but rather a point getter who is ok on D on once he develops. Also taken lots of hits to the head lately, not sure he should be playing.

Best case scenario Erik Gustafsson 2.0.

In an ideal scenario we would find another top 4 RD in this draft. Everybody wants to draft a forward because we lack star power upfront, but Reinbacher ain't enough. You can't have Mailloux AND Barron on the same squad.

Levshunov is built like a tank and has top 4 written all over him.

I'm starting to think Barron doesn't have a future in Montreal. Guhle & Struble definitely do. Add in Hutson & Reinbacher. After that Xhekaj.

That's 5D. Engstrom & Mailloux probably will get chances too.

Maybe move him up front. He has 6 goals as a dman, how many more could he net on the wing!!!?
