MSL seems to me like a good coach/mentor for our young stars, which is what matters right now. Suzuki/Caufield/Guhle/Xhekaj and arguably Slaf are thriving under him

MSL has gotten good performances from younger players. He's developed players very well. That's all I care about.

The only one I'm not thrilled about is Slaf but I didn't even think he should be in the NHL at all so...

No, it doesn't because this team needs to lose. That is all. This is what a rebuilding team is about. Nothing else. Any rebuilding team sucks. Most of the time. This is a rebuilding team that has a lot of deadwood. And what you see is what you get.
