That goal wasn't "on" Sam. But, when he's in there, I see more net than an episode of Deadliest Catch.

In all honesty that goal is Lilly's fault, if he doesn't fall down it doesn't happen.

However 4 shots, you'd like Samsonov to be able to handle 1 shot every 5 minutes.

750 save% so far.

They just said on the Sportsnet panel during the intermission that Auston Matthews has scored more goals than everyone in the league since 2011. Funny part about that is, he was 13 years old in 2011 lol. That goes to show how damn good he is. he is going to shatter every goal scoring record in the NHL by the end of his career.
Well he better pick it up he is a little more than 100 off Gretzky’s pace

Goalie market is really thinning.
In 2012

Lungvkist
Loungo
Rask (Backup)
Thomas
Price
Miller
Brovoski
Quick

All of these goalies were capable of winning the Vezina, they didn't win because one of them dominated at any one point or another

quick is still incredible today

I know people hated kessel trade but I always will forever think it is nothing compared to the Rask-Raycroft trade.

Fun fact, Raycroft still holds the record for 2nd most wins as a Leafs

Amazing how Boston has no problem trading young players if they think they are not going to work out

Raycroft was 24
Kessel 21
Seguin 22
Hamilton 21

Yet some how they are still competitive and went to stanly cup twice after trading all those players
