Mark with the goal. He’s looking good on the 4th line.

You, Playmaker and I are the only people here that don't consider him a literal
AHL scrub. He is 15\16 F on the depth chart but a 15\16 F that somehow has 5G in
in 21 G while playing almost exclusively 4th line minutes and rarely making less than good reads on the ice. He will be sent back to Providence upon return to Boston
wondering WTF did I do wrong...lol.

Personally I think he should be used to motivate Beecher before they bring Poitras back up because that guy has gotten way way to comfortable.

We’re approaching a decade and a half of Brad Marchand living rent free in hundreds of thousands of heads in the greater Vancouver area. It truly is an amazing thing.
And SO much fun when you are at the game in Vancouver

There were 3 guys near us with Bruins jerseys dressed as rats.

Brad really looked like he was enjoying himself last night.

Bruins play a bad team -> Bruins win
Bruins play a mediocre team -> Coin flip
Bruins play a good team -> Bruins lose

Vancouver is mediocre, so there ya go.
Vancouver went into game 15-8-5 a 103 point pace and just beat Panthers 4-0

Just fed all this info into the sorting leather hockey helmet and came out good team

Vancouver needs are D and some sandpaper. Bruins have that to offer. Garlund us.
To small I & wouldn’t want to upset Sheppy (although I believe he is no longer following /watching team)

Great morning for @Ladyfan

Marchand showed why he’s one of the best leaders & captains in the game

And Pastrnak playing with an upper body injury that inhibits his shooting has become an incredible playmaker

I always know when there is a Hawk in the area because my bird feeder is unoccupied

I always know when the Bruins play well in a win - half this place disappears

Last night's performance was what I thought we were going to get regularly going into the season. And dammit, it was a reasonable expectation given what we just saw. I really hope this is a corner turned on the season.
I can forgive the loss to Winnipeg. They had won 4 in a row and were due for a loss but the Seattle game was unacceptable. Granted, they had a lot of bad luck in that one and the early penalties just killed them but the effort wasnt there. They need to win one of the next two on this trip.

I am happy for the win, and would like to look forward. The Seattle game was no different than a dozen others this season with sloppy execution, bad turnovers, etc etc. I want that crap to be in the past and hope last night was the moment it happened. I am sure they won't go 50-0 the rest of the way, but the Seattle/Winnpeg/Dallas and on and on I hope are the anomalies going forward, not the norm.

What a pleasant surprise to wake up to! I will be watching the replay after all.

From the GDT, @nORRis8, I didn't know the Tim's app could have different players - that is really odd. Here were my picks - I rarely get offered Bruins players.

It depends of course when one picks.
When some games start they eliminate those players and add new ones for the games that haven't started.
The App is always flooded with leaf players.
I have never ever selected a leaf player.

Today they have Bertuzzi and Hall in the first picks .Weird.

Pasta 32 pts in 32 games. fwiw.
Oesterle not flashy, but looks more poised than Carlo right now.
Sway makes those few important saves when needed.
On PP, Mac with nice pass to Brad, great movement by Brad, and Pasta sees the ice with Oates-like ability. Monter game for Pasta - coulda had hat trick to go with three apples.

JDB seemed stapled to bench for good part of the 2nd and 3rd.
Wasn't that Lindholm with the pass to Marchand?

I watched on DVR.

Not falling for the banana in the tailpipe.

Get ready for three more months of this.

Secondary scoring kicks in. They keep the puck out of their own net. Go on a run and bank points. Move up as high as 3rd in the Atlantic.

They’ll eventually slide back to being a fringe playoff team, which is what they are. It’s going to be a rollercoaster of a 2nd half of the season. However, Detroit, Buffalo, and Ottawa aren’t yet ready for prime time. (And you start to wonder if they’ll ever be)

How many times will we be Charlie Brown trying to kick the football.

Will be interesting to see where Wahlstrom slots in , if/when he's promoted to the big club. Would have to think McG is the odd man out unless another player is traded. Personally, I'd leave Poitras at Providence for the year unless injuries dictate otherwise.
