I've been largely unimpressed with the Jets' game so far. They've been slow and aren't matching the compete level or speed that the Sens have been able to generate. That said, Morrissey is a f***ing beast. I've liked Sambarg and Heinola's game so far, but the team has been outworked in the DZ. Need to sharpen up for the 2nd.

Ottawa is a weird that period. They are really good on the forecheck but as soon as you get the puck behind the goalline and establish a cycle they literally just crumble defenisvely. I counted like 4-5 successfull passes into the slot from behind the net that period, I usually don't see those many in a single game let alone in a period.
This is certainly not a game where the Jets can try to sit on a lead or they are gonna get picked apart. Big Save Dave is giving up (somewhat controlled) rebounds. The Jets need to establish the cycle and try to not play in their own zone.
