I don’t necessarily like the 2 pts however always good beating the Kings. I don’t know what’s so different with this team then last year, but there’s such a difference in motivation and effort with this team and I think that’s all on AT and BA. Such a different culture and feel. Hopefully Chychrun stays and we get 1 over all and move on from the losses.

I was watching the game off and on, seemed like we played well. Happy the guys got rewarded for the effort. Looks like we're 6th worst in P%, which I'm OK with. That's a decent spot to sit in until we move some guys at the TDL.

The Coyotes have 7 combined 2nd rounders in the ‘24 & ‘25 drafts. Along with 5 combined 3rd rounders.

If we win the lottery and also get our YES votes from the Tempe residents, I could see those picks becoming a war chest for RFAs coming off their ELCs whose teams can’t afford them.

If Bedard is on board, and ownership green lights spending because ground has been broken in Tempe, I could see this team getting much better fairly quickly if they weaponize those 12 draft picks and start buying up all the RFA D contract holdouts. Next years versions of Lundkvist and Hague. Whoever that may be. K’Andre Miller, or Bo Byram, or Bouchard, or Fehervary, or whoever.

Bouchard is a RFA and will be signed. They won't lose him unless they trade him.
