Excited to see the return it will bring

The point, if done, would be to clear up a roster spot. Who thought there would be much of a return? You go from sounding like it would be hard to move him to the return. Way to change the narrative mid-stream.

I think we are getting a little bit ahead of ourselves here. It's only his debut tonight

Hell. No.

I know I'm really high on Korpi (or just really high), but I think he is going to play very well, and that will make CMac expendable either at the deadline or next year.

….and I think that within 2 years, he COULD beat out Bob.

Not that I am disagreeing with you, but what makes you as confident in a guy most folks know virtually nothing about?

From what I've seen from his time with the Monsters, the future looks bright, but you sure are going to bat for him.

At any point did I say anything about me thinking we were ready for this? Quote spin if you want to change the narrative to something else again.

I'm probably way ahead of myself, but I liked what I saw when he in the WJC's and when he had that shutout in pre-season this year (I know….preseason), he was so clean positionally. He never flopped around going up against 39 shots. His angles were perfect.

Just reminded me a ton of Kipper, though he says he patterns himself after Rinne.

Just based on seeing him play in the preseason and looking at his game logs from LEM, I couldn't be more comfortable going with Joonas tonight. Hopeful for a win, think he will deliver, although he'll face a stiff test in Bishop.

Even if he blows the game I mean what else is torts to do...play Curtis on a back to back with the 2nd half being in Dallas?!? Yikes.

Pretty small crowd tonight. My section has about 75 people in it, tops. Can't blame the fans though....other than the Pens and Preds games, the Jackets have stunk at home.

They've stunk overall.
I wouldn't pay to watch this. I pay for internet and just choose to search feeds for it XD

I've never overestimated a team pre-season such as this one.
I expected 5-8 but not DFL

THAT'S the kinda save I'm talking about. Post to post and 100% in position.

Great to say that C-Mac said he reminds him of Kipper. Can I be goaltending coach?
