any team is better when more players feel like they matter. kids need important minutes to feel that way and they need pp touches. the whole team benefits.

joe also with a not so subtle jab at the coaches for getting pp2 on the ice with more than 3 seconds left in a pp.

i think those two things go hand in hand (better personnel and more ice time for the unit)
