The first line has had the most chances. The second line is by far the worst right now.

Kopitar is looking good, but Brown and Williams have to do more. Brown was staring at an open net and shanked it. That line has to be better, and the second line needs a spark. They look flat, especially since they took Toffoli off that line.

Who knew? Apparently, Jeff Halpern is still playing, the Habs picked him off waivers from the Rangers. I thought when he left the Kings that was the end of his NHL career.

Yeah, I agree with Brown... he's have a difficult time. Hes such a frustrating player sometimes. I would have liked to see Toffoli this game.

Yawn. Let's trade him then!

Now who's being ridiculous. Quick isn't playing to the level he has in the past. His save percentage is all the evidence one needs to look at. Sutter has made the point himself repeatedly. These are facts. The Kings have a guy named Bernier, and I think he should get the majority of the starts until he proves that he isn't able to earn them.

It's ridiculous to blame Quick for not stopping a breakaway goal by one of the best skaters in the league. Nobody blamed Bernier for not stopping the goal off Doughty's turnover in San Jose. Shouldn't complain about not stopping breakaways.

I think the second line has been messed up at ES ever since Penner was taken off it to accommodate Toffoli.

I really doubt that. I think Richards is injured a bit. Because when hes on his game 100%, penner and carter are also.

Looking forward to the typical Canuck overreaction to physical play against them. Matter of time before one of their guys takes a 5 minute boarding penalty.

He's the starting goalie, not Bernier. He's got a 10 year deal, not Bernier. He is the one who will be playing in the playoffs. They are not going to give their Conn Smythe's franchise goaltenders job away to Bernier unless he starts losing all the games 10-0. He is the Kings' goalie.
