As a goalie, I always tell my guys to take the pass like they should. Maybe we could gripe about how he helped back Quick a little more than need be, but I mean, didn't go in, can't fault him too much right?

Teams and the arena get a say in the schedule.
They give the league a list of days and times the arena is available. And what they would like.
