And his game would have zero affect on this team and we all know it.My point exactly.

He scores goals and we let him walk. We now find ourselves in desperate need of goal scorers. That was my point. My point exactly.
They lost to the Sharks tonight themselvesI can see Monty looking at his computer screen and doing an Irish jig on his desk in St. Louis.
And it makes me puke.
It just proves that it doesn't matter who coaches this team. The results will be the same. There's no substitute for talented players. Thanks DS.I can see Monty looking at his computer screen and doing an Irish jig on his desk in St. Louis.
And it makes me puke.
That's gonna change soon.Once the beatings start getting more regular and they miss playoffs .Last 2 games alone outscored 13-2
It wasn't good what Swayman pulled but he didn't cause all our D to be useless! He didn't put Geekie on the top line, or Brazzeau in the top 6, or not make a trade when half this team should be in the AHL!I think what Swayman did ruined this team and I was a big fan of his prior to his hold out.
They let him walk because he didn’t want to be here, how many time does it have to be said?He scores goals and we let him walk.
That's fine but the issue here is guys sliding pucks on backhand into the slot where team mates are waiting to hammer it into the Bruins net.The coverage is AHL level right now no matter who plays nets. The talent up front is littered with bottom 6 guys as well.Just my 2 cents but the Bruins are chasing a couple playoff gates at best.I don’t think they’re managing the goalies well. Korpi hasn’t played in a while after some wins and hot starts. I don’t care how much they paid Swayman - they need to ride the hot hand and send messages and keep it competitive. Looked like Korpi had to dust off the cob webs to start this game but he did settle in and keep them in it till it got out of hand. But he was still making some unorthodox desperation looking saves adn save attempts like he wasn’t in his zone.
BullshitAnd his game would have zero affect on this team and we all know it.
He has been a head coach before this. That’s why he has never been a head coach before now
Actually he has been! That’s why he has never been a head coach before now
Even when he was streaky, his speed would have caused problems for the other d.Bullshit
Well said.Jake DB isn't walking thru that door, neither are Bergeron or Bobby Orr.
Jake didn't want to be here. IMO they should've gotten a high draft pick
for him or a player of value from Vancouver in the calendar year before he left and moved on.
Anyway, he was done here and the Bruins couldn't force him to stay so'
time to get over him.
Blues lost to the Sharks tonight ..so he can't dance too much
Right - I forgot he was the Avs coachHe has been a head coach before this.
Say those three players are standing out tells you just how bad the rest of the team has played. At least Marchand seems to have gotten his game back.Korpi and Kastelic are close. Brazeau too. They've been 3 of the better players. The rest of them, especially McAvoy, Pasta, and are shockingly bad.
Coyle, not great, not the worse but expendable IMO if you can get a high draft pick but IMO he's here for the duration of his contract.
Geekie, and Freddy- expendable.
What Swayman did should be considered a white collar crime.
Thanks, and once Swayman decided that he's a super star goaltender I would've traded him and moved on. He held Sweeney up IMO and I also think Marchand talked to him and he told Brad to mind his own business.Well said.
True, but there's a lot of players on this team that are gonna bring back very little in a trade.Bottoming out and missing the playoffs is the best thing that could happen to this organization. Admit it’s time for change and a new direction all around.
Just getting rid of them would be a plus!True, but there's a lot of players on this team that are gonna bring back very little in a trade.
