I feel like the ref should have worded his explanation differently. Like he should have said, we cannot determine if the puck completely crossed the goal line, rather than saying the puck did not cross the goal line. Cuz it looks like it's all but crossed the goal line and is still moving when Montour's body blocks the camera, you just can't see if it makes it that last quarter inch.
