Brendan Gignac is a pretty good player at this level, nice intensity. I'm surprised he never got a shot with the Habs considering all the injuries over the years

Very low hockey IQ.

He has great wheels and some nifty moves but he doesn't use his linemates well and does not read the play well at all. I agree that he is an asset at the AHL level but he is not NHL material.
