These are the kind of trades the Oilers never made under Holland/Chiarelli or anybody since Lowe really, trades for underperforming guys or young players that fell out of favor with a previous team at dirt cheap contracts. They have two now in Podkolzin and Emberson, Kapanen is another win early on.
