It's not concerning. It's one game. Do you think they would be likely to scratch Mika in a game that Panarin is missing hurt thereby having to fill in two players onto PP1? One guy's role is a lot easier to fill without disrupting everyone else's than anothers. I highly doubt you would see Mika scratched on a back to back. That would much more likely be a move started on an off day so they could actually practice things before the game.
