The player delivering the blow has the responsibility to ensure his elbow doesn't smash into the opponents head...stature immaterial.

Man, what a frustrating team to watch. At least I have one thing to be positive about with Crouse standing up for teammates.

But it can't just be him.. more players have to do an it consistently and just always have your teammate's back.
