I want to see a scrum in front of Price every whistle, and i want to see them protect their net every whistle. I'm looking at you, Chara, McQuaid and Miller.

Forwards, I'm looking for Backes, Acciari and Blidh (if he plays) to hit everything in sight.

Do this and lose, i won't even be upset. Do this and win, I'll be on cloud 9.

Blidh is back down in prov.

Quick review of tems standing this season to last season at the 1/3 mark. Several big swings for a few teams. Modest declines or gains noted for some others. Favorite line: "it's not how you start, it how you finish that counts." Bruins fan can certaintly relate to that the past couple seasons. Despite the struggles on offence this season the gap for this year versus last, all is not lost. As Philly has just showed with their winning streak, couple strong weeks can change your situation dramatically. Still optimism that much better days for this season from this club may still lay ahead.

Tonight would be a great time to start though. :) Let's Go Bruins!

5-1 Habs.

Andrew Shaw bullies the entire Bruins team, Emelin smashes everything in sight and the Bruins basically fold up like an accordion.

When the bush league plays are like this in a 10-1 game and 3 minutes remaining you shutter at what pain he can inflict while never seeming to answer for it, either himself or the NHL. Thoughts of Orr and Neely career ending when you see this recklessness. Gary Galley called him out and them some for this during the telecast.

Also posted in the NHL this season thread.

Just looked up fighting majors this year for the Bruins they have 9.

The leader I kid you not, Jimmy "Rampage" Hayes with 2.

Backes, Beleskey, Carlo, Chara, Krug, McQuaid, Schaller all with 1.

Also Price is going for his 250th win.

Canadiens have 3.

Welcome to the new NHL.

Watching Empire Strikes Back (my favorite thing to watch) before a Bruins game in Montreal (one of the most cringe worthy things for me to watch).

Hopefully, this time the good guys win.

So excited to see Hayes out there tonight. Makes that line such an offensive threat.
