Yeah I don't know what that guy is talking about. I don't like McQuaid and don't think he's good, but the you can't say that he picks spots or won't take on other tough guys. He is a good fighter and will fight anyone.

I just wish he could skate, handle the puck and make good defensive reads.

I like him :)...as the third pairing

Lol. Analysts reminding us that Emelin cannot answer for his hits because he has a plate in his head. Thanks guys.

Couple empty net chances for Habs. Pretty quiet night offensively for the Bruins so far.

Mcquaid could help rearrange that plate

not sure I'd even care if he agrees or not..depending on how the game goes, grab him, if he turtles, he turtles, get in a few shots and take the extra penalty...again if game gets out of reach of course.

Wouldnt be the first time a bruins tried to fight vs habs player turtling.

The Habs did a very good job of splitting the Bruins defense in the first with those give and go passes and short neutral zone passes. Bruins need to adjust and tighten up or they're going to get blown out in the 2nd.

Yea they are not taking pucks to dirty areas.Too much perimeter crud.Time to man up.Bergeron had nice chance.Jimmy Hayes was his pass option for one timer so he shot.

honest question...did Jimmy Hayes play that period?

I swear I didnt hear him.

I saw him on the marchand/bergeron line at one point :help:

obviously he didn't actually touch the puck or anything of the nature, just kinda grazed around the ice like a llama in peace eating grass or something

He was actually out there with Marchand and Bergeron for a shift. Spooner on the other hand is afraid of any body contact so he keeps tossing the puck away.
