His production in juniors was exceptional. The overlooked aspect IMO is that players can get away with lack of size and speed at that level if their hockey IQ, stickhandling, and shot are as good as Bedard's. In the NHL, you can get away lack of size OR speed, but it's really difficult to lack both and be a "generational talent."Makes ya wonder how Bedard was rated as #1. If he lacks the speed at that size, then he shoulda been bumped down the draft order.

They're both gonna be great players, as soon as Bedard gets a few solid linemates, he'll pop as well.At this stage in their development Celebrini is better than Bedard.
I'll ask again; when Celebrini scored, I noticed it was Bolduc exiting the box, why was he serving Holloway's penalty?
Is that normal to have a "stand-in" in the box for that type of scenario? I never noticed before. Because why make Bolduc unavailable for the remainder of the period?Holloway got 4 minutes so couldn’t return until the next period

Yes, you always have a 2nd guy in the box if both teams get penalties but one team gets an extra. Is that normal to have a "stand-in" in the box for that type of scenario? I never noticed before. Because why make Bolduc unavailable for the remainder of the period?
