One more thing. HCTR should definitely be on the hot seat but Jarmo should be the next one on that seat. Management overestimated this team capabilites when they overperformed in meaningless games last spring.

They definitely need to tighten their defense and loosen their grips on the sticks.

I still have faith that Scott LaChance will pan out. Jean-Luc has all the potential in the world and Jamie Allison and Derrick Walser are right on the cusp. Patience is reauired!
