GDT: Game #29 Rangers @ Coyotes 9pm ET

The team has a healthy mindset--taking the positives from last night's game against a Stanley Cup contender and viewing the recent skid as an "opportunity for growth." They are 18-7-3 and firmly in playoff position, which was the goal this season. That said, Zibanejad and the kids (Laf, Kakko, and Chytil) need to get going. Tonight is the perfect opponent for it.

Would be nice for them to dominate this petty Arizona team and instill confidence in the offense once again. Its been stagnant of late.

Went to the game in Colorado last night. Was debating on flying out for this one too. Glad I didn’t. Hurricane force winds out here in Colorado. Had to change my flight back to NJ till tomorrow. I must say Avs fans are overly obnoxious and general assholes. Felt like I was at Devils or Islanders game.

If I were an Avs fan I’d probably be insufferable. Imagine having a Stanley Cup quality team handed to you on day one of your franchise and then following that up by becoming a “destination team” for Cup Chasing hall of famers. Talk about being born of third base.

I fully admit I’m a petty hater.

I made a thread about a potential ball hockey HFNYR meetup some day, hopefully that can come to fruition in the future. Though I don't know if you'd still play :laugh: you could be a coach ;)
 
Laf sneaks laxatives into Wedgewood's water bottle. Wedgewood too distracted to make even routine saves.

Rangers win 11-0. Laf with 5 goals. Kakko 4. Wedgewood scores on himself twice just to make it end in hopes the coach will forfeit so he can spend the rest of the evening re-enacting the Dumb and Dumber scene.
