one of my pet peeves from playing hockey is players who don't hustle to the bench when they change lines. If you don't have any gas in the tank to SKATE, you stayed out way too f***ing long!

Most of this forum are my parents age lol and I play in 3 leagues at the same time. My Vo2 max is 80 (which is about 10 higher than the average best in an NHL draft combine) & resting heart rate in the 40s.
