Game 29: Kings vs. Coyotes - 3/19/13 - Back-to-Back Wins!

This is why I hope the Coyotes stay in Phoenix. I don't like that team, and I enjoy when the Kings beat them very much. It's become a real thing that the Kings have with them. I love it.

I know bernier played great but quick did get a shutout last night. If you guys want to go far again in the playoffs I think you need quick to gain his confidence back and play up to his potential again. He's a top 3 goalie in the league when he is on his game. I think Quick has to get the next start or his confidence could take a hit. Just my opinion though

No doubt Quick will start Thursday. It is just good to not be in a hole where one guy not playing would cripple the team.

Bernier showed why you don't start the same goalie in back to back games. Kings gave up a ton of grade A chances and he was up to the task.

A rested quick should play on Thursday.

I can't stand Shane Doan, but I can't say that he wasn't effective. Stirred up a bunch of **** and scored 2 goals.

he didn't stir up any ****, unless you count putting a bounty on Muzzin in the locker room. Kings didn't bite on his garbage.

I think maybe Sutter was protecting Toffoli since he's small. If not then kind of sucks to bench him at his only 3rd game.

Also we should of runned doan, If we did he wouldn't be sane enough to score 2 goals. IMO we let them get away with a lot, even though we won, but it was tough to watch.

And yes, I agree. But not for what happened at the end of the game, it was two players going back and forth. You're overreacting because of his past history, Drew loves to get under player's skin too. He initiated it with his crosscheck AND threw the first punch. Not that I have a problem with it, but saying it was all Torres is dumb.

Anyways, it was a fun game and I hate the ****ing Yotes and Doan.

-Our fans really pissed me off with all the ref ****, when we were getting the benefit of the doubt in a lot of situations. Both teams were at fault in the game tonight, some of you guys need to put down the purple colored glasses sometimes.

Benefit of the doubt is for things like Toffoli's holding penalty or Lombardi's tripping penalty, which shouldn't have been called.

It doesn't apply to Doan pretending to be dead, then dropping his gloves to fight Muzzin, then hitting Muzzin when the puck wasn't around (interference) in the next shift after a miraculous recovery.

Can someone explain to me how Shane Doan didn't get a penalty for taking his gloves off and rushing at Jake Muzzin? And he had a visor on too? How is that not an instigator penalty? If we lost that game, alot more people would be talking about this but what Shane Doan was just not right and it's beyond me how he didn't get a penalty for that

Hate to say it, but we still have a lot of unknowledgeable fans going to the games. That, or they just like to *****. Or they are drunk.

The game got fierce for a kid in his 3rd NHL game. It's not like Toffoli is one of those **** disturbers, or third line grinder. It would be different if he was a Clifford type, but he's not. If things got too stupid, you don't want Toffoli out there in a scrum with his hands on the wrong guy.

My thoughts. TT was bring protected from the **** the yotes would probably throw at him because he isn't up to speed like everyone else.
