He tried to get it back but couldn't because it was "skated" away by a teammate. Lindell maybe? I forgot who it was but after that it was out of reach for Lyubushkin so Blackwell had to give him his. Blackwell had a chance to get Lyubushkin's stick though. He was close to it several times on that PK.

Anyway, Steel is the one to blame. Dumb, lazy ass penalty.
