Not sure Rangers have played that “1 period” yet tonite. Blocked shots count as chances, so Rangers didn’t really control the first like you’d think. Vegas kept it up in the second / albeit 5 on 3. But momentum, and Goodrow goofishness, are in Vegas’s favor for the third.

you can't control everything, but you can make your own luck for sure, at least you can do a lot more than we have. like 90% of the posts we've hit have been in situations where we had time and plenty of net...most of them should be almost automatic for an nhl player to hit. not like we're toe'ing dmen up to change the angle and firing seeds using them as a screen or launching point shots where we have traffic and get a stick on it but catching iron. and we never force the issue dropping shoulders and driving the net with bodies trailing to clean up. plus our shots have been awful....not like were' going bar down and its bouncing the wrong way, or ripping em off the inside of the posts, we hit that thing flat with a thud. entire team needs to add twisting hammers in the bucket of sand and weight rollups to whatever workouts they have because its embarrassing to watch these limp wrists flick pucks at nhl goaltenders

Listen, I have seen worse Ranger teams that have gotten far better luck in general. Hockey is a chaotic game and sometimes the luck goes your way and sometimes it doesn't. This year it hasn't and I am well aware of the shitty play this year.
 
I am so sick of panarin. This guy is such a liability 5 on 5 and he just keeps getting his PP time. Straight up country club boys...
