They have swallowed the whistle for tons the past 2 games...

Agreed. I've seen three or four penalties since the last powerplay that SHOULD have been called. Oh well, I guess, I just don't like to see the Coyotes players taking liberties.

As mediocre as SJS, PHO, DAL are, who is going to step up to claim that #8 spot? EDM? NSH? CBJ? Don't see any of those teams going a streak to claim it, none of them are any better than the pacific 3...

I missed most of the last yotes game and the whole Sharks loss. But in the time I've seen the last few weeks, Ellerby has been much "quieter" which is very good imo.

That's a good point, Dallas will probably take it the more I think about it, but I do think NSH could make a run for it.
