Sooooo, who was that asked to see some playmaking from Wennberg? He's setting everyone up around him. He gets his passes off almost instantly after receiving them.

I get you. We've been much better tonight before we even get to Steve Mason.

Our F have been. Other than a couple of good plays, our D was pretty sluggish for a good deal of the first.

I beg to differ, he's always had nice moves around the net. Hence the highlights of his breakaways and shots up in the goaltenders face.. evidently you forgot about those.

More so, I wasn't "targeting" him - I was pointing out the two HUGE opportunities he had that you and I both know everyone did not get. But assume what you want

Saad gets tons of chances from his speed and power. He tries some moves and occassionally that works and it's beautiful. But I think he still whiffs more of the time than other players.

I have felt pretty blah about Wennberg's play as of late, but that pass to Foligno on the first goal was a thing of beauty. Quickly from skate to stick and then a perfect pass for the one-timer. Those are the glimpses that make me think that Wennberg has the potential to become a top play-making center. More please...

Great minds think a like. And it's not likeep that was his only nice play. He's made a couple pretty nice plays this game.
