That game was something else, for the Bruins it was for all the wrong reasons, but Tugnutt simply stole the show. Seem to remember Borque having a ridiculous total number of shots on net that night.

Bourque had 19 SOG that night. Ridiculous to say the least

I think they'll win this one and hopefully they don't play like absolute cream puffs like they did last night.

Wouldn't be surprised if the B's start a little sluggish after the game last night, and late travel. Mental focus will be key.

Notice Julien and Rask and maybe a few others are still sporting the Movember facial hair. I wonder if it's superstition because the team is doing OK, or they just like it?

Ugh, so they did play like cream puffs after the apparent Bergeron 'board'?

Felger was just talking about how the Bruins didn't turtle?

I went to bed at 7:30 and missed the entire game.

They were definitely cream puffs. Not the Bruins of old.
Tonight should be an easy win.

I almost feel sorry for Colorado, how many games have they gone without a win 6? Patrick Roy must be laughing.

BTW who is in goal tonight?

I am amazed that #37 is not listed as Bergeron, Patrice -- Noted Goon.

One of the beat writers apparently mentioned the "similarity" between his hit and the one from Jones to him. Bet he loved that.

No faith over at Colorado board, also a write up about Carlo.

Below the Svatos death write-up, I always like Svatos sad about the news of his passing.

The Bruins’ 6-foot-5 rookie defenseman from Colorado Springs is geared to possibly become the best Colorado-groomed player the NHL has ever seen.

Heres to a big win, it would be nice to see Pasta get a few goals, and lead the league.

Old Phil Esposito was the last Bruins to lead the league in goals at the end of the year, a few years before my time in 1974-75.

Bergeron got the flying forearm, then basically he got pushed around after every whistle, hacked, whatever. Then Blidh took a high, late hit from Wilson, then Schaller got boarded from behind and the Bruins didn't so much as look angry at anyone.

Typical.

Hopefully they come out and come out hard tonight.

then he goes down like a brick on a nothing hit and gives up puck
