Good thing Staios didn’t make this coaching move earlier. What really made me feel good about all this is that they didn’t seem to make a knee jerk decision and were patient and thoughtful about things.

It's almost like our issues are deeper than just the "coach losing the room". We need an off-season and our permanent coach to help right the ship.

The point is a good coach can take a struggling roster and get them to play strong hockey if given enough time, as Vincent has had with the Yotes, and it will take just as much time to fix our team under a new coach.
