Parker Kelly is not NHL level. I'm ok with Smejkal as a call up but these guys can't be regular starters. Good thing is if Crookshank sticks in the NHL, when Joseph and Pinto are back we have :

Tkachuk - Norris - Giroux
Tarasenko - Stutzle - Batherson
Greig - Pinto - Joseph
Crookshank - Kastelic - Smejkal

Trade Kubalik for a pick and acquire a winger in the Mathieu Joseph mold (my pick would be Dickinson)

Smejkal looks like an NHL player to me. He's good at both ends. He seems defensively responsible. He's a big body, who gets in front of the net. I hope he stays. I am also liking Crookshank's game.
