One good game where they corrected the course and then they already reverted back. Mental issues or just a lack of will.
Soft mentally. A little of both.

Both. Our best players take too many nights off.One good game where they corrected the course and then they already reverted back. Mental issues or just a lack of will.
I'm going to hell for snort laughing at this.I think that's the idea, they show them this and go, "SEE, you don't have it so bad after all do you?!"
You're being very optimistic.
Great road period for the Leafs. This game is a test for them. Their record is deceiving with how many extra-inning wins they have, so they wanted to know if they could compete with a team above them in the standings.OK for the Leafs.
SN Toronto radio was really talking up Rangers today. Jeff Marik said if you are not watching the Rangers you should be.Now we get all kinds of TSN and Sportsnet bodily fluids raining on us the next couple of days. Best part.
Whatever happens the rest of this game, please learn how to play the body and not these low T stick checks
And please someone other than Trouba do the “wake up the team” big hit. Some other guys need to play that game too
Panarin line is pretty f***ing bad in the defensive zone, which I suppose shouldn’t be a surprise but I’m starting to wonder if they need to start shuffling wingers around.3rd line and 4th line working hard. top line creating. Kreider and Zibanejad just out for a skate making soft plays on the puck expecting the puck to be on a string for a big lolapalooza big monitor highlight reel goal. Jonny B skates to the middle of the ice to score a PP goal but Zibanejad won't even move his feet to accept a shot on the PP and just stands there and expects a perfect dish so he can feel like a man with his big one time shot 5 feet wide of the net.
Careful, you'll have people telling you the team is plenty gritty and it's totally not a problem. Why is this f***ing pansy ass team so afraid to f***ing hit?
I’m cool with it. He had one good year and is mentally fragile. If anything, I’d just wait for his value to go up, but again — he reminds me of Tommy Salo for those exact reasons. So we all hope he decides to storms to the locker room during a game and request a trade? We all agree on this right.
The Leafs are one of the most over-exposed teams in all of sports. If you spoke English in Canada pre-expansion and lived outside of Montreal, they're the team you followed. That illness is generational.SN Toronto radio was really talking up Rangers today. Jeff Marik said if you are not watching the Rangers you should be.
The minute they signed gustafsson, jones became redundant and should have been traded. Can’t have 3 smallish offensive defenseman that have the strength of a 12 year old and expect to compete. Add miller who despite his size is very passive.Jones needs to go. We need an actual top 6 RW.
This ranger team is incredibly soft. Its a culture issue at this point. This Toronto team isn’t exactly killers and we looked scared to touch them besides our 4th line
At least the boys are buying into Garden of Dreams nightThe stick checks are cancerous
Want to see a Trouba hit on Marner or Nylander. Love Nylander, but we need to send a message. Why is this f***ing pansy ass team so afraid to f***ing hit?
