And just so you don't think we're all negativity bashers, I'm pulling for you to be right about your 4 game losing streak prediction.

He wasn't exactly healthy last year. And that was his only time he's played a full season in the past 5 years.Never? He played all 82 games last year, one of only 5 Jets to do so, and he will hopefully only miss a few games with his ankle sprain.
Or rusty.I hope the Jets are ready to play when the puck drops ... St.Louis has only played 1 game in the last 5 days so you know they will be ready.
We live in hope.Or rusty.
I like the make-up of their line, Lambert with the speed, Perfetti with the play making ability and Vilardi with the hands.Big Bad Brad with the dream debut and gamewinner.
Hear our prayers, Ye Hockey Gods!

With Laine playing tonight for Montreal i would guess he might turn up on their thread. With Lambert playing, Heinola back in, Kupari finding a role, tonight would be a good time for @avgard the hockey professor to make his season debut on HFJets.
Needs to play to make Team Canada. Some takeaways from the Arniel presser (a couple freudian slips):
There are a number of "Bumps and bruises" on the team. Scheifele being the most obvious. Arniel basically admitted that hes pretty banged up which all of us could clearly tell, but in terms of taking time off, scott basically alluded to the fact that most of the players want to play, so nothing we can do about that.
As for the D situation, I think Miller could be banged up a bit too, which would explain what we've been seeing. Maybe he's decided to sit out a few games on his own accord.
Why not. Logan Stanley isn't the problem. The logan stanley spin in the media is impressive... everyone is taking it super easy on him
Might be scary with Chevy’s mistakes paired together!Third pair should be interesting -
But more interested in seeing Lambert dress - hope he has a great game.
How did we miss out on tomas bjornfotMight be scary with Chevy’s mistakes paired together!
Speed, play-making, and hands. Now all we need is some goals!I like the make-up of their line, Lambert with the speed, Perfetti with the play making ability and Vilardi with the hands.
