Never? He played all 82 games last year, one of only 5 Jets to do so, and he will hopefully only miss a few games with his ankle sprain.
He wasn't exactly healthy last year. And that was his only time he's played a full season in the past 5 years.

Well I am going to hope that our 3rd pair hangs in tonight 🤞

I don't love two lefties but my guess is Miller is banged up and this is what it looks like when we lose two of our starting top 6 D men and we have to dress #6, #7, and #8

With Lambert playing, Heinola back in, Kupari finding a role, tonight would be a good time for @avgard the hockey professor to make his season debut on HFJets.

Some takeaways from the Arniel presser (a couple freudian slips):

There are a number of "Bumps and bruises" on the team. Scheifele being the most obvious. Arniel basically admitted that hes pretty banged up which all of us could clearly tell, but in terms of taking time off, scott basically alluded to the fact that most of the players want to play, so nothing we can do about that.
As for the D situation, I think Miller could be banged up a bit too, which would explain what we've been seeing. Maybe he's decided to sit out a few games on his own accord.
Needs to play to make Team Canada. 🥓

Good news is that we've beat St.Louis in 9 of the last 10 games (5W, 1L, 4W and outscored them 37 - 19).
Our Tuesday record is 4-0-0, the only day of the week we have not lost a game.

Hellebuyck is 16-5-2, 2.03 and .929 vs St.Louis. I believe that's the most wins against any team by Helle.
