Credit where it's due, Luke Kunin has played his best games as a Shark since that initial demotion to 4C, it's like he's stopped focusing on making plays and it has allowed him to embrace his strengths as an energy player and a forechecker and the scoring has improved as a result of him feeling the game instead of thinking it, I like this version of Kunin

He's playing the role he's meant to instead of being slotted in to do a job he lacks the tools for.

As much as I bag on Kunin for sucking, this is all I ever wanted with him: do the 4th liner job he's best at and not be constantly elevated into an undeserved scoring role because intangiblezzzzz

There's something about the kraken branding that's really unappealing. It's so boring. None of their logos have a full/real/cool kraken, just a random eye in an S. The colors are dull as well, nothing stands out.

There's something about the kraken branding that's really unappealing. It's so boring. None of their logos have a full/real/cool kraken, just a random eye in an S. The colors are dull as well, nothing stands out.

I like their colors. I do agree that their logos lean too hard into the idea of being understated and generalized (likely to make them broadly appealing to non-hockey people too. Like random Seattle people can buy the hat because it doesn't scream "hockey", just has a fancy S made of tentacles for a coastal city.)
