He doubled down on bringing back DJ as the coach when he should have let him go years ago. You'd have to be a complete dumbass to not be able to see that DJ was not the coach to bring these guys to the next level.

Buddy Sanderson wired it into his skates after delaying. Norris missed a full season this is the NHL it's not easy. His play has quite clearly improved. He's been the best player on the team today.

He's playing well lately, don't forget he's coming back from an injury.
If he becomes a consistent 30-35 goal guy I'd call that a fair contract with the cap going up.
