The team culture is so bad. Country club atmosphere. As Anson Carter was talking about on TNT the other night, "there is a New York way" in how they pamper the shit out of the players. Best planes, best hotels, best everything. And it will always be that way. NYC Metro area has a lot to offer for many different types of people, which will lead to cliques. The locker room will never battle for each other in a ways other tight knit teams would.

When this team is behind and they're forced to cut through a defensive setup more than happy to just sit there, it really rears its head how bad they are at non-rush offense.
