Way too much talent to only have 2 shots on goal this period

It's definitely not anything the Kraken are doing, I say as I watch Burns casually make a slow pass from his own faceoff circle all the way to the Kraken blueline with no Kraken remotely close to intercept.

Carolina had two shots that period, seven for the game. If anything, they seemed to lose interest as the period progressed. Kind of baffling.

That suuuuuuuuuucks

Period was very much favoring the Kraken up until the penalty, but you could feel the PK on it's heels the entire time leading to the goal.

Don't think Carolina is considering trading Necas anymore. Oleksiak didn't even get his license plate number.
Olczyk more or less said the same "once he took the pass in stride, it was over" or similar

Olczyk REALLY banging on about how bad the powerplay has been and how they desperately need it to get better

I predict a future HFBoards post where I complain about Winterton being sent back down, and how he didnt really get a chance stuck on a line with Stephens and Kartye.

Yeaaaah that's interference

A lot of these needless icings could be avoided if players just banked the puck off the boards and let the clock tick away.
