Well, I gotta give credit to Shattenkirk over the past couple of games. Didn't watch this one too closely, but it didn't look like he made any huge gaffes and actually put some offense up.

He was one of the guys who got abused on Athenasio's goal

I’ve dumped on him more than anyone, but Shattenkirk had a good game tonight. And it was a great play by him to strip the puck, get his head up and send those guys off on the 2 on 1. He looks like he’s finally starting to pull his head out of his ass.

In his defense, everyone got walked on that goal, lol. But yeah he has looked like the Shattenkirk I was hoping for when he first signed. He’s been a big part of these last couple of wins.

Comtois is showing he has top line upside. He’s getting better and better still and I expect that to continue. The confidence is now overflowing. That move he made where he fired it and grabbed his own rebound in OT is something you just love to see

I've ripped the guy plenty but sometimes guys just take time to adjust to a new system. I hope these past couple games havent been a one off and that it's a good sign of things to come.

Considering how they played zegras tonight I'd be surprised if they had drysdale debut against LA. It's kind of dumb though, this matchup isn't close to the rough stuff it used to be.

It sucks to be hurt again but also because he had been playing very well since being back. But they cannot give the mins to Larsson and Hutton, it’s a disaster waiting to happen. At least Mahura will get another opportunity. Love to see Drysdale get a taste of the NHL, this might be the right opportunity now.

That's why he's hardly ever out there. Need to play carefully and not to lose if you want OT time.
