We're still in the playoffs with 22 games to go and supposedly playing badly. Really though, looking at the big picture, no reason to trip out. 6-4 in last 10 if this game stays this way.

And the Sharks have been in a slump. They were bound to wake up some time. We all know how Dean thinks. I wouldn't be shocked to see a trade before the end of next week. I'm frustrated, but not worried. It'll even out. Trade Drew for a bag of pucks, a third rounder, and a couple Warrior sticks :help:

You would hope, but the problem is their has to be a dance partner for that.

Buffalo could say no thanks still in it ETC.

No one is to eager to trade people right now, unless they are fleecing you.

He was never playing sheltered minutes, but Muzzin, as good as he's been, is no Mitchell/Scuderi.

Drew didn't see as much PK time as Greene and Mitchell.

Drew also didn't see as many minutes at the end of the game as Mitchell/Greene.

That is what Sutter means as sheltered minutes.

No reason to "panic", but being 2-4 against the division certainly makes losses feel worse and more frustrating than usual. Luckily, we have a bunch of divisional games left.

Notice a pattern with the past two games? The Kings have been soft, they have gotten away from their aggressive, physical game. When they get away from their game, they look dreadful, which resulted in the losses against Dallas, Phoenix, and San Jose.

It could be a result of the schedule, it could be inexperience, but those are excuses as every team has to face the same problems. What's obvious is how badly this team misses Mitchell and Greene.

man burns juke was no joke that was pretty sweet to see from a defenseman

Teams floating, could be the four games in Six nights... 17 Games in one month is rough.

Sutter is not going to accept that as an excuse though. I expect a boot in the butt come practice.

Exactly. No intensity whatsoever.

Brownie baby!

Well Brown has a nice little game going.

Good for the Captain.

Who would have thought that this year is like a complete opposite of last year.

Kings can score, but can't defend or keep pucks out of the net...

The Kings have abandoned their physical game the last 2 and have paid for it.

Yes...

Doughty: winds up like a windmill, calls his dad, chats a bit, drinks some water, and then shoots.
Voyov/Muzzin: unload everything while the pick is coming at them.

Come on DREW!!!
