I just want a system where you have to earn your roster spot, hold guys accountable. Mcquaid, based on play, has been the worst D so far this season. Maybe send him a message? maybe let him sit one out and watch from above? maybe that will help his game?
It sets a good example for young guys that if they play well enough, they can win roster spots.
I just wish the entire team was held to that standard and not just a handful of guys.

I love what McQuaid has brought in the past. But he should not be playing over C. Miller and Morrow. His time with us should come to an end as soon as possible.

I am getting a feeling you have a dislike for McQuaid .
I've been calling for his removal from this team for close on two years now, going back to the 2015 deadline.
So you can say I'm sort of biased.

The biggest hole in Kevan Miller's game is when he gets pressured, he just turns around and pins the puck. Does it far too often.

for guys who always talk about the Pats and Bill and Clode...that is an area I wish they were more like the Pats.
Bill has no problem getting rid of someone who isn't earning his spot and filling in someone who is hungry and wants it and will do the job.
Do your job, accountability. ..that's all I want.
Yet we get Jimmy Hayes scenarios. Kemppainen scenarios, Gagne, Talbot, Caron, etc etc..there are lots more. We suffered through COUNTLESS chances for Trotman and Bartkowski....that was ****ing insane.
Riley Nash hasnt been good so far and will somehow get a free pass.
It just doesnt seem like a good model for your team.
If Liles wasnt hurt C.Miller/Morrow would be locked in pressbox forever.
If Krejci never got hurt there is no chance Spooner gets his shot.
Injuries force Clode to make needed adjustments.
My argument in the past as to why McQuaid is still in the lineup might have been , well ,who do we have that is significantly better ? However , when you consider how well Morrow has played lately , I do agree he should be playing over McQuaid , who has been the Bruins worst defenceman all year .
Good push back capped with a really nice goal by Pasta. If you bend in the 3rd, don't break. Let's go for 20 more solid ones.

I'd loveeee to see the guys just score like 2-3 goals in the 3rd and not have it come down to a nail biting final minute game.
