They're going to lose this crappy game.

Time to draft high on a goalie this year.

I love these mid afternoon games, they finally allow me to watch a Rocket game that doesn't overlap with the Habs.

Sokolov is a player I wanted Habs to draft. Big body and good scorer.

He is but I always wondered why he can't crack the Sens. He should've been up there by now.
He can't skate well enough for the NHL.

You can't help but like Condotta

Today it would be nice to have Baddock in the line up

Well, Houle didn't like Saulnier, who seems to be doing just fine in Belleville with 7 pts in 12 games with 35 PIM. He was our only tough guy and Houle was hellbent on not playing him for some unknown reason.

that was a crazy game.

Ylonen with 20 pts in the last 21 games.
RHP with 9 pts in the last 7 games

I thought it was one of Ylonen's best games, I thought Trudeau really struggled again. Beaudin had one of his better games from what i've seen so far. I think I saw Norlinder get a little time on PP2. Vrbetic was better then I expected but I didn't expect much.

Laval still remain last in the division. But are now 3 points from a playoff spot. They're also 4 pts from 3rd in the division. The division isn't a difficult one. Aside from the Marlies, every team in the North Division are 16th overall or lower, and 5 of them are 21st or lower. That could be good news for Laval as they can string a few wins together and get back into a playoff spot.

The thing is, every other team has games in hand on Laval. So once they make those games up, they could create more separation.

Laval's offense is really not the issue. After last night, Laval sit 6th overall in Goals For. The real issue is a defensive one. They are the team that have allowed the most goals against.

Does this win take some the pressure off Houle?
who knows if there is pressure or not on him at least in addition to the pressure that all coaches would be under each season. I would think if they make a move it would be in the off-season depending on how this year shakes out.
