This is far, far ahead, but we're not doing anything in playoffs with this inconsistent goaltending. Bad defense or not, we're one of the worst teams in the league in save percentage and that rests squarely on the shoulders of the goaltenders.

This loss has nothing to do with Quick playing back-to-back. Believe it or not, Quick played many back-to-back games last year and did well. Some of you guys put way too much emphasis on goalies playig b2b games.

The goaltending was great last night guys, and Sutter will not make the mistake of putting one of these guys in two nights in a row again.

Because he's old and that's what happen when you are old. I am 54 and that is happening to me increasingly as well.

And if you are lucky enough to reach Bob Miller's age, its going to happen to you as well.

Quick had a pretty good game last time, maybe he thought it would help Quick get back in the groove if he could build on that.
That doesn't seem like such a mind-boggling idea to me. It didn't work, but it wasn't an unreasonable thought.
