Kyrou needs to just shoot instead of trying to stick handle, dude can't make moves but he can shoot and skate, should make it easy to always be open.
That first year, before coaches got their thumbs all in it, 3 on 3 was awesome. I would turn games on that I didn’t care about just because they were heading to 3 on 3.It’s great when it’s not just take it out of the zone to regroup every 15 seconds
I know I’m in the minority, but I love 3 on 3 OT
he and kyrou switched jerseys it seemsRobert Thomas was a bit careless at times tonight...
He went into the boards in the ozone with about 5 mins left and was skating gingerly and don’t think he played after that.I’m Was Broberg on the bench in OT
Thomas looked tired tonight. 3 of his shots were really weak, and picked off by Flyers. He must be fighting off a cold or flu that's weakened him.Robert Thomas was a bit careless at times tonight...
Jim Montgomery is now tied with Drew Bannister.so no coach is 3 - 0 to start ?
Its more on the GM to soft sell, and last year would have kept Berube till the end of the year, to show him a lil more respect for helping us win the cup, but also to avoid the coaching change bump. Also, possibly play the "backup" goalie a few more games and give some youth more ice time late in the year. There's ways to manipulate a few extra loses without actually promoting a losing culture or actually sandbagging play or games.I hear what you're saying, and I understand the idea of rooting "against" your own team, but what are you recommending the players and coaches actually do? Not try? Intentionally give up a lead? Keep games close on purpose?
That’s actually on Holloway. Weak side D is automatically pinching on rims and most side changes. Holloway can’t dive down after he rotated above and filled as the new “D”. Honestly it’s an easy learning point and clip for him. Nothing to be concerned about moving fwd, mistakes happen almost every shift we paid for that oneNot a good pinch by Faulk there
