The Phenomenon has been life long. I'm in my 40s and all they have ever been able to develop are D-men or Goalies. They cannot develop Elite forwards. Kovalev is probably an e top 5 RAW pure talent of all-time, and for a 1000pt guy (mostly with the Pens and Habs) he was a disappointment.
