I'm looking forward to when the Sharks have some time off. They have been playing 4 games a week (This week included) and they have been playing hard. I wonder if the league is punishing the team for this front loading of games.

Reading between the lines, Vanecek isn't fully ready yet. I assume one of the "four or five game time decisions".

It's disappointing that Thompson has been sent down. He's easily been one of the top-6 defensemen on the team.
