Where is my man Sprong? When he catches fire this guy can score but best position is LeftWing and not RightWing!!!I hope Daniel a good fit somewhere where he is appreciated and given a raise...3-4.5 M per and a 2-4 year term

Hell NO and eff NO! League minimum for one year. He floats like a guy who shows up at drop in hockey and just waits at the far blue line. He was free for a reason, and if the Kraken were a good team he’d be free again, to another team that he scores for but loses 4-3 while Sprong is on the ice for all the opposing team’s tallies.

Kokko has been meh so far in the AHL but Vyazovoy is .917 in the KHL through 11 GP. I don't really think we have any great goalie prospects but maybe one of them.

That’s the quandary. There’s no go to solution. The Kraken are going to either have to throw a draft pick at a team with a surplus (and there are too many injured goalies out there for a team to give one up readily) or they’re going to go to the waiver wire for someone as bad or worse than Grubauer. Not an ideal situation.

But GMFrancis has brought him back twice so he's been here 3 times for a reason the guy can score and is a good team guy

Kraken should call up either of the AHL goalies. They absolutely can't suck more than Gru.
Unfortunately neither one in AHL Coachella would be up to the task I guess they could give Stezka a shot

Where did you get your info as to the latter? He’s bounced all over the place, and there are rumblings that he’s not in fact a good team guy. I don’t know if that’s rooted in fact, but six teams in eight years is an interesting career.

At this point, you could pick a goalie blindly and there is a higher probability that he is better than Gru. Currently there are 68 goalies in the league who have played more than 5 games this season. He ranks 61st on that list in SV%.

I mentioned this earlier and if we buy out Gru next season we will have enough savings to pay for Daccord's backup.
