Dec. 3, 2022 was the helmet toss game and they were 11-10-5 after the loss to the Blackhawks. They went on a 23-4-3 run afterward, so maybe Drury is waiting to see how they look after this upcoming “easy” stretch that ends on 12/20 when they meet Dallas.

I want change like everybody else, so I’m not making any excuses. I just think Drury will wait this out longer than we think he should. He probably thinks simply getting into the playoffs with this veteran group makes them contenders, but I don’t see it happening without a major change on defense.
